Export notion pages as Word documents

While there isn't a direct "one-click" export to a Word document (DOCX) from Notion[7], here's how you can achieve this:

  1. Using Notion's Export Feature and Converting PDF:
  • Export the Notion page as a PDF[8].
  • Use an online converter (like Smallpdf or CloudConvert) or Google Docs to convert the PDF to a DOCX file[9].
  • In Google Docs, you can directly import a PDF file and edit it[9].
  1. Copy-Pasting:
  • For simple documents, copy the content from Notion and paste it into a Word document[9].
  • To prevent accidental edits while copying, lock the Notion page first[9].
  • Be aware that images might copy in lower resolution; use "view original" in Notion to grab the original image[9].
